Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the task indicators issued by the sales department, decompose the tasks to ensure the comprehensive completion of sales targets;
2. Track the entire sales project and keep track of its dynamic development;
3. Responsible for developing and contacting new customers, expanding and capturing business opportunities, and improving online sales channels;
4. Conduct relevant business work such as quotation, negotiation, and customer management;
5. Follow up on contract execution and resolve matters related to the contract;
6. Maintain existing customer resources and write sales analysis reports;
7. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and product expansion plans set by the company.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in engineering related majors such as microelectronics, applied electronics, and electrical engineering, proficient in operating computers;
2. Strong team spirit, optimistic and proactive, good at communication, and able to withstand significant work pressure;
3. Proactive in work, diligent and enterprising, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and endure hardship;
4. Have certain marketing experience and ability, be diligent and honest, and have a sense of career;
5. Good at communication, willing to think, persistent, diligent in exploration, brave in innovation, and daring to challenge.
6. Sales experience or customer resources in the electronic components industry are preferred.
Salary and benefits:
Basic salary (5000-7000 yuan)+performance bonus+high commission (sales * 1%, no upper limit)
